INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

  • 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1/2 pinch salt
  • 27 grams of butter
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 1 egg

 

For the filling:

  • 85 grams of vanilla cream
  • 285ml whipped cream
  • Mark of half a vanilla bean
  • 15 grams of vanilla sugar

 

For the glaze:

  • icing sugar
  • Espresso

PREPARATION

STEP 1

Crush the blackberries and pour into the jar.

STEP 2

Add ice cubes.

STEP 3

Mash the raspberries and pour into the glass.

STEP 4

Fill up with very berry tea.

STEP 5

Enjoy cold.
