Mountainous – that is characteristic of the Chinese tea regions.The tea plants that are processed into our exquisite green tea now grow on plantations on smaller farms.Harvest is from April to June.This is how long the tea plants are exposed to the blazing sun.This gives the tea its characteristic taste.The tea leaves are almost exclusively picked by hand.
